1/ Damaged/incorrect item:

3/ How can I request a refund?
To return your item, please email us at contact@qumaashshop.com. Returns must be made within 10 days of the delivery date.

The item must be in new condition. If the item is not in new condition, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

4/ Who covers the return shipping costs?
If the item arrives damaged, Qumaash will cover the return shipping costs.

If the customer changes their mind within 5 days of delivery of the shipment, the customer will bear the costs of returning the merchandise.

5/ Responsibility for Logistics Problems:
At QUMAASH, we do everything we can to ensure fast and efficient shipping of your orders. However, once the packages are handed over to the delivery companies, their transport and logistical management become their responsibility.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by these carriers. In case of any problem, we encourage you to contact the customer service department of the delivery company directly. However, we remain available to assist you with any issues you may have.

Qumaash offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

However, this guarantee does NOT apply if:
- Customers are not satisfied with the color product ordered.
- Customers damage their items after use.
- Customers are refusing delivery from carriers.
- Problems related to delay, loss or damage caused by the transport company.
